Homestreet, Inc. v. Dep’t of Revenue, No. 80544-0. Can a taxpayer receive tax deductions for revenue received from interest payments? (Briefs and argument.)
State v. Koslowski, No. 80427-3. Whether the trial court in a prosecution for robbery and burglary violated the defendant’s right of confrontation by admitting into evidence statements by the unavailable victim in response to police questioning after the crimes were completed.
